Marks and Spencer expand

Marks and Spencer have expanded their warehouse space in Stoke on Trent by taking Prologis\' speculative warehouse at Campbell Road of 380,000 sq ft. Following the successful previous letting to Dunelm of 250,000 sq ft, a 6 acre site remains for up to 130,000 sq ft.
