Company Signs New Agreement with Kenmark Group

BIRMINGHAM, England, October 6, 2009 – ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a leading global provider of distribution facilities, announced today that it has leased more than 150,000 square feet of new industrial space at Eurohub Corby, Northamptonshire, in the United Kingdom to Kenmark Group, a Taiwan-based global marketing and manufacturing group of companies that design, manufacture, source and market a diverse portfolio of products. Kenmark Group has leased the 150,000-square-foot building, and will produce state-of-the-art digital liquid crystal display (LCD) televisions at the facility where more than a hundred jobs will be created.
