North Rae Sanders have recently completed the sale of the last industrial unit at Woodgate Business Centre in Leicester.

The scheme developed by Aldi Stores Limited comprised nine industrial units ranging from 1,378 - 4,392 sq ft. Over 50% of the units were pre-sold but one unit has sold at practical completion. This has been an extremely successful scheme in Leicester with demand from local owner / occupiers. Historically Leicester has seen very little small unit schemes built and the demand showed this. Freehold prices were achieved on £105 - £110 psf for all of the units.
