On behalf of Cheval Properties NRS advised on the letting of Unit 3B Merlin Park. HMV took the 45,000 sq ft unit on a 10 year lease with a break at year 5 at a rent of £4.75 psf.

HMV were expanding out of an existing unit on Merlin Park having won a new contract.
