TVS Building Supplies have now taken over the above 18,488 sq ft building as an ancilliary builders merchants to their existing unit in Towcester.

Acting on behalf of Wesleyan Estates, NRS reports that the building ideally suited them not only for its location but being of steel portal framed premises. The building has a clear span and an eaves height of some 18 ft with access via two large roller shutter dooes from a yard / car park area. The headline rental will be based on £3.50 psf after the third year. The premises were taken on a full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 9 years with a 3 year rent review.
